Your body needs energy every day. You can either eat sugars or fats to give you energy. If you replace sugars with healthy fats, you will find you will have fewer cravings and better weight management.
 
Keep your healthy fats (like coconut oil) and reduce the processed, hypoglycemic foods and drinks that spike your sugar and drop quickly (like white bread, soda, and juice).
 
Sugars also feed the bad bacteria that can deplete your immune system.
 
Increasing your daily water intake will also flush out toxins in your body, increase energy, prevent ulcers, support regular elimination, and support healthy weight management.
